Please note: You may be able to agree a fixed amount for the service you require, in this case it will be agreed with your solicitor BEFORE giving your explicit instructions to retain their services. You will also be informed of the estimated timescale for completion of your case or claim.

For some of our services, for example Personal Injury or related Road Traffic Accident damages, we may agree a contingency or conditional fee agreement, in which case our fees will be calculated when the claim or case is complete.

In some cases or claims our fee will be calculated from an agreed percentage of the money you receive. The percentage will be between 20 and 40 percent.

We will advise you of any anticipated fees before we accept your instructions.

The average cost of an immigration case for Settlement or Family Life is £1,500 + vat and £300 + vat for each dependant.

For other cases such as Deportation, Asylum or Work, Study and Invest Tiers the cost can be between £2,500 + vat and £5,500 + vat.

The average cost of an uncontested family case is £1,500 + vat.

Our fees assume that:

the claim or case is standard and that no unforeseen matters arise including for example (but not limited to) fraud, withholding of information.
the claim or case is concluded in a timely manner and no unforeseen complications arise.
all parties in the claim or case are co-operative and there is no unreasonable delay from our client or the third parties providing documentation.
no indemnity policies are required. Additional disbursements may apply if indemnity policies are required.

For all services EXCLUDING IMMIGRATION APPLICATIONS the charge is £295.00 + vat per hour, there may be other fixed costs (disbursements) such as court fees etc.
